Opera Mini will be the browser of entry-level phones from Microsoft

Opera Software has signed a partnership agreement with Microsoft that will make the Opera Mini pass to come pre-installed on featurephones and cellphones Asha, taking as the default browser.


The licensing agreement covers 30 + Series platforms, Series 40 and Asha, reveals the Tech Crunch.

Users who have a device like this and are using the Xpress, the current default browser, will be invited to make an update for Opera Mini.

It should be noted that the Opera Software currently has 250 million users, 100 million of which have Android smartphones.

Despite being good news for Opera Software, are not sufficient to ' flag ' arch, once that Microsoft provides for the manufacture of these entry-level equipment until the end of next year.
